This indicates the full firmware was split into multiple compressed parts (likely 10 or more) to stay within file hosting size limits. You must download every part (part01, part02, etc.) and place them in the same folder to extract the final .bin or .img file. Where to Find the Software
Copy the extracted file (usually named allupgrade_ms338_4G_sos.bin or similar) to the root of the USB.
Use WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract "Part 01"; it will automatically pull data from Part 09 and other pieces to create one single firmware file.
