The story follows , a high-strung, famous vampire hunter who travels to the castle of the "invincible" vampire lord, Draluc , to rescue a kidnapped child. Upon arrival, he discovers Draluc is actually the weakest vampire in existence, dying and turning to dust from the slightest shock—such as a slammed door or a mean comment—only to instantly regenerate. After Draluc's castle is accidentally destroyed, he moves into Ronaldo's office, and the two form a chaotic, bickering duo that "hunts" other equally bizarre vampires in the city of Shin-Yokohama.
